After filling in the following form, please transfer the fee to HSBC 400-647400-838 Y-Space(H.K.)Limited; and send the copy of bank-in slip to office@y-space.org.

Ticket Collection
After confirming the application, Y-Space will send a confirmation e-mail. Please present the confirmation email with the bank-in slip at the front-of-house for ticket collection 15 minutes before the show starts.

^The details on transportation arrangement will be included in the confirmation e-mail.

Y-Space reserves the right to change the programme and substitute artists should unavoidable circumstances make it necessary.
