Yinliang HE was born in Hunan (China), grew up in Germany and studied in the US and UK before coming to Hong Kong in 2009. He started playing the violin at age 7 and was a member of several school and regional orchestras and bands in Germany. While originally trained as a classical violinist, Yinliang has enjoyed experimenting with folk music from Argentina, India and his native China. Yinliang works in Hong Kong’s financial industry, but loves the opportunity to collaborate with his wife Christine and explore his artistic side.
